Having a wondering mind is not the problem. The problem is not being able to use it correctly. While your “typical” brain is looking for logic, the neurodiverse mind is looking for the illogical, for things that don’t make sense. One of the joys of life is making sense of it.
Jo’s work celebrates exactly this. Their installations transform hyperfixation into meditation, creating spaces where sensitivity becomes insight.
Influenced by Romani heritage and multi-cultural experiences, the works invite visitors to question societal constructs that have marginalized different ways of thinking. Through unexpected connections between ancient traditions and contemporary dialogue, the work shows how every type of mind needs celebration rather than correction.
What if different ways of seeing the world, aren’t just valuable but essential. Is our collective survival always depended on minds that see the world through a neurodivergent perspective?
